Defending Sexual Assault Victims

Today our firm filed suit on behalf of former school bus driver Debra Madtson against Reynolds School District alleging that Reynolds discriminated against Ms. Madtson after she reported that she had been raped by a co-worker. Ms. Madtson has expressed that she has filed this case without a psuedonym in an effort to give hope and voice to other victims of sexual violence and with the hope that her public presence will help give strength to other's who have suffered and continue to suffer from sexual trauma.
